The White River Gallery is proud to present a solo exhibition by Felicity Bell, exploring the human psyche through a new collection of 30 portraits.
In particular, the exhibition focuses on the extraordinary characteristics that are naturally inherent in the female psyche - remarkable resilience, ingenuity, humour, creativity, courage, and perseverance - that are accessed in dealing with everyday challenges and adversities.
The gallery is excited to share that the exhibition includes a portrait of renowned Ndebele artist Dr. Esther Mahlangu, who has recently been honoured by President Cyril Ramaphosa as one of three South African icons celebrated on National Heritage Day.
